| Our summer
camps are held in towns and Cities near Guangzhou (Canton) on the
Pearl River. Accommodation is in Chinese schools, which all offer
dormitories and kitchens; and are close to local amenities and attractions |

Week
1 - Residential in a Chinese school summer camp, which
includes an option to stay at our new activity camp based on a large
island in The South Pearl River. This is a gentle introduction to
China, a time for recovery after the long flight, and a chance to
adjust to the weather, which by European standards, will be extremely
hot |
Week
2 - Local excursions, choose from: 1 week Kung Fu at China's
foremost school, 3 days Outward Bound, 4 days cycling near Guilin
- option to learn how to make silk fans, embroidery and jewellery,
3 days trekking ZhaoQing, 1 day trip to ancient pottery factory,
1 day rural farm visit, 1 day Disney Hong Kong |
Weeks
3 & 4 - Major destinations from our tourist section,
including options for: 5 days Beijing and Great Wall, 5 days Shanghai,
4 days Xi'an, 4 days Hainan Island and 5 days Yunnan |
