appropriate guarantees. The type of guarantee, length of warranty
and any exceptions will be included with your invoice. It is hard
to be specific, as our range of products and services is so diverse.
Generally, guarantees will include the details listed below: |
Products:
- Length of warranty, what is covered and what is not, special clauses,
i.e. 'Is' or 'Is Not' dishwasher or microwave safe. The guarantee
will cover 'Fair Wear and Tear' and 'Proper Use' |
Services:
- Service Agreement, 'What we will do' and 'What you will do'; as
appropriate |
Our decision
is final, and where relevant, we will either offer you a full or
partial refund, or a replacement
