Beautiful, hand-crafted
Cloisonné China is hand made to rigourous standards. First
wires are soldered to the base vessel to form small depositories.
Next at least 5 applications of enamel are used to fill the cells,
each time being polished with 3 grades of natural stone. Finally
the wires are gilded in 18 carat gold. The finished product is totally
smoth to touch, unless the gilded finish is proudly embossed |
